A regenerative nucleotide derived from purified salmon DNA. PDRN is the same active dermatologists inject in clinical "salmon DNA" treatments — clinically shown to accelerate tissue repair, stimulate fibroblast activity, and increase collagen and elastin synthesis. Suspended in a topical matrix, it instructs your skin to rebuild from beneath.
EGF Epidermal Growth Factor
A signaling protein your skin produces less of after age 25. Recombinant human EGF (rh-Oligopeptide-1) re-introduces that signal — directing damaged or fatigued cells to renew. Where PDRN supplies the blueprint, EGF gives the instruction.

Where it came from
PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) is a regenerative active first developed for clinical wound healing in the 1980s. Korean dermatology clinics adopted it in the 2010s as an in-office "salmon DNA" injection to accelerate cellular repair after laser resurfacing. We are part of the new generation of brands engineering it for daily topical use.
What it actually does
PDRN binds to adenosine A2A receptors on fibroblasts, signaling them to accelerate collagen and elastin synthesis. Translation: it instructs your skin to repair itself faster than it would on its own. It also increases vascular activity in the dermis, which is why glow returns within days of starting use.
Why it works with EGF
EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor) is the cellular signal that tells skin to renew. PDRN provides the raw material; EGF provides the instruction. Used together — as in CLARION and X-79 — they replicate the signaling environment of younger skin.
